To help us investigate faster, please include as much relevant detail as possible.
What you can report
- A Love Code not opening correctly
- Upload problems with images, videos, or voice notes
- Broken links or page errors
- Login or account problems
- Payment or billing issues
- Suspicious activity
- Privacy or safety concerns
- Inappropriate, harmful, or unauthorized content
How to report
Email us at lovecode@lovebites4u.com with the subject line:
“Issue Report — Love Bites”
Please include the following in your email:
- Your name
- Your registered email address
- Love Code or order reference, if available
- Device and browser details (e.g. iPhone 15 using Safari, Windows 11 using Chrome)
- Description of the issue
- Steps to reproduce the issue
- Screenshots or screen recording, if helpful
Urgent privacy or safety issues
For urgent privacy, security, or safety concerns, mention “URGENT” in the email subject. We prioritize reports that involve unauthorized access, personal data exposure, harmful content, or safety-related concerns.
What happens next
Our team will review your report, investigate the issue, and may contact you for more details. We may not be able to respond to every report individually, but we take all valid reports seriously.
