Click “Create Love Code,” sign in or create an account, add your content, customize the experience, and share the private link or code with your recipient.
Content and Memories
What can I add to a Love Code?
You can add written messages, photos, videos, voice notes, songs, memories, and other personal surprises depending on the available features.
Can I edit a Love Code after creating it?
If editing is available in your account, you can update your Love Code before sharing or before the final reveal. Some locked or delivered experiences may have limited editing options.
Why is my image, video, or voice note not uploading?
Upload issues can happen because of file size, format, slow internet, or browser restrictions. Try reducing file size, refreshing the page, switching browsers, or contacting support at lovecode@lovebites4u.com.
Sharing and Access
How does someone open a Love Code?
The recipient can open the private link or enter the Love Code shared by the creator.
Can anyone view my Love Code?
Love Bites is designed for private sharing. Only people with the link or access details can view the experience, unless additional privacy controls are enabled.
What should I do if my recipient cannot open the Love Code?
Ask them to check the link, internet connection, and browser. If the issue continues, contact support with the Love Code or account email.
Account and Login
Do I need an account?
An account may be required to create, save, edit, or manage your Love Codes securely.
I cannot log in. What should I do?
Check that you are using the correct email, try resetting your password if available, and make sure your browser allows required cookies. If the issue continues, contact support.
